Returns & Refund Policy

We select what we feel are the best reading materials to sell on this site. We are convinced you will be happy with our selection of quality books too. Books displayed on this site show photos and explanations that best represent the product. Ensure you understand, book sizes, page lengths, and formats (e.g. hardcover or paperback) prior to ordering so that you know exactly what you are ordering.

Returns:  Personalized inscribed/signed copies of any book are not refundable. We want you to be satisfied with your new purchase from this site, but if you are not, please call us within 7 calendar days of receipt of your order. We will refund your purchase less shipping. Returns are accepted in their original condition for a full refund (less shipping) within 14 days of delivery. Please INFORM us first (within 7 days of receipt of order) that you intend to return the product. Either email or phone (during regular office hours - please see contact information). Please supply your order number when contacting us. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event the product was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately upon receipt of item (within 3 days). We will replace the item, and reimburse shipping charges. We request that you return the item for delivery insurance purposes. Once we receive the item, we will send out the replacement.

Exchanges:  If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, we suggest you return the item using the same rules as listed in Returns. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. At any time, you can then purchase any other item you might like.

Return Refunds: Returns will be refunded in Canadian Dollars by business check (CND$ cheque) within 1 - 3 business days of receipt of product in its original condition. Exchange rates for US currency orders will be calculated on the day the refund check is processed.
