Wood Lily Books takes pride in supplying great customer service. Packages are shipped via Canada Post from Southern Alberta Canada. While the Canadian Postal service is very reliable and provides excellent service, Wood Lily Books is not responsible for delays caused by the postal system, or any other shipping company involved in delivering your item(s) 

We ship worldwide. Please ensure you supply a correct and complete postal address.

If you intend on submitting a large order (eg. >5 books), please contact us first to determine postal rates, as the weight may increase the amount of postage due.

Shipping and Handling Fees

Shipping is calculated during the checkout process. Charges include shipping and handling, and on larger orders, insurance where applicable. Orders over $150.00 have FREE shipping charges. Wood Lily Books reserves the right to refuse any order. Shipping charges apply to each shipping address  

Shipping Method: Orders are shipped by Canada Parcel/Letter Post Surface Mail (which is comparable to “Global Priority” deliveries in the US). Overseas orders are shipped via Canada Post Airmail.  A signature of receipt will be required for all orders shipped.

Delivery/Transit Times: Orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon processed payment and will take 7 - 14 busness days for arrival to shipping address.

Incorrect Shipping Address: If an item is returned due to an incorrect or invalid address entered on the order form, we will ship the item back to the correct address, however additional shipping charges will apply.

Taxes and Duties

Canadian Orders: Items shipped to a Canadian address will be charged 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST is also payable on shipping and handling charges.  

US Orders: Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes. However, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes and customs processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Wood Lily Books is unable to provide estimates for customs fees. Check with your local customs office for more information.

International/Oversees Orders: Orders shipped outside of Canada and the US are shipped via airmail. Your country may charge certain duties and taxes. These costs are the recipient’s responsibility. Orders shipped outside of Canada are not charged Canadian taxes. However, all orders pass through customs and are subject to import duties, taxes and customs processing fees. A customs invoice will arrive with your parcel or may follow in the mail. Recipients are responsible for paying these additional fees. Wood Lily Books is unable to provide estimates for customs fees.
